Shipping Policy
Production time + Shipping time = Estimated delivery
Because every product is handmade on-demand and we do not carry inventory, we average 4 business day production and offer the following shipping methods:

· Express (International): 3-5 business days

· Premium (International): 4-7 business days

· Economy (US Only): 7-10 business days

Please note, shipping times are estimated and are also contingent upon destination. Once a shipment has left our manufacturing centers, our carriers assume responsibility of the shipment and therefore Good Lyfe Unlimited cannot guarantee delivery times, only estimated.
For Home Goods, we average 7 business day production.
Return & Exchange Policy
This is why we proudly offer our 100% print guarantee! In the event your product is damaged or defective, you will need to contact Good Lyfe Unlimited by submitting a "Return Request" through our email: info@goodlyfeunlimited.com . You must contact Good Lyfe Unlimited within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the damaged or defective product and you must provide reasonable proof to us of such damage or defect.

Good Lyfe Unlimited will promptly review your correspondence in order to determine whether such damage or defect warrants a new product sent to you at no additional cost. Good Lyfe Unlimited will inform you of its decision to approve or deny your request for a new product along with an explanation of its decision.

Good Lyfe Unlimited will not honor defect requests which are attributed to a customer's size concerns or design flaws, which may include: spelling, grammatical, font, design, or appearance errors, if such errors are attributed to your submitted creation, design or customization.
We strongly encourage all customers to review our sizing charts before orders are placed to ensure our sizing meets your product requirements. Additionally, please review our Print Guide so you are aware of each print method and its requirements for best quality printing.
